Welcome to the Vivified community. Our mission is to provide powerful, accessible tools that help you restore motion to the past and build cinematic futures. To ensure a creative and respectful environment for everyone, we ask all users to follow these principles.

1. Respect the Past (Heritage & Privacy)

Vivified is often used to breathe life into family history. Please handle this power with care:

Consent: Only upload photos of individuals for whom you have permission to animate.

Sensitivity: Be mindful when animating photos of deceased relatives. Ensure the resulting motion is "heartwarming" and respectful to their memory.

No Impersonation: Do not use our tools to create "deepfakes" or misleading content intended to impersonate real people or public figures for malicious purposes.

2. Keep it Legal & Ethical

As a creator on our platform, you are responsible for the content you generate:

Copyright: Only upload images you own or have the legal right to use. Avoid animating copyrighted artwork or professional photography without authorization.

Non-Consensual Imagery We have a zero-tolerance policy for creating sexually explicit, suggestive, or non-consensual content involving real people.

Prohibited Content: Do not generate or share media that promotes hate speech, violence, illegal acts, or discrimination against protected groups.

3. Maintain High Content Standards

We take pride in the quality of the media produced on Vivified:

Spam & Scams: Do not use our services to generate bulk low-quality content for the purpose of misleading others, spreading misinformation, or executing phishing schemes.

Integrity: While we encourage experimentation, do not use Vivified to create content that incites harm or public panic.

4. Community Etiquette

Constructive Creativity: If you share your work in our community forums or public galleries, remain supportive of fellow creators.

No Harassment: Harassment, bullying, or "doxxing" (sharing private information) of other users will result in immediate account suspension.

Report, Don't Retaliate: If you see content that violates these rules, use our reporting tools rather than engaging with the user.

5. Credits & Usage

Fair Play: Our "pay-as-you-go" and subscription systems are designed for fair use. Attempting to circumvent our credit system or exploit technical vulnerabilities is a violation of our terms.

Transparency: When sharing AI-animated videos publicly, we encourage (though don't always require) noting that the motion was generated via Vivified.

Enforcement & Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

Content Removal: Specific videos or images may be deleted.

Account Warnings: For minor or first-time offenses.

Permanent Suspension: For severe violations (e.g., non-consensual imagery or hate speech) or repeated offenses.
