Welcome to Vivified! These terms govern your access to our AI-powered image-to-video platform. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Vivified. If you use Vivified on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Our Service
Vivified allows users to animate images and assemble movies using machine learning. Outputs are generated algorithmically and may vary in quality and uniqueness. Account security is your responsibility.
3. Using Vivified
Your License: We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the Service. We retain all rights to our interface and trademarks.
License to Us: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and process your content solely to provide and operate the Service.
4. AI-Generated Content
Outputs are generated using machine learning systems.

8. Payments, Credits, & Billing
Credit System
Prepaid credits have no cash value. Costs per action are displayed in the dashboard and are subject to change.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Discretionary refunds are only considered for duplicate charges or verified technical failures.
11. 90-Day Lifecycle
All projects and assets are automatically purged 90 days after creation to optimize platform performance.
12. Archiving
Vivified is a creative tool, not a backup service. Users must download movies and clips before the expiration date.
13. No Recovery
Data purged via the automated cleanup is unrecoverable. We cannot restore purged project files.

15. Governing Law:
Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA.
